LCS Level 3 Lean Certification
Senior managers can gain LCS Level 3 lean certification via the APLE Level 3 Programme.
Provides recognition for lean knowledge gained from prior learning and achievements in employment.
The supported programme includes writing three strategic case studies and an assignment on the evolution and future of lean thinking.
Guidance and support is provided throughout the Level 3 LCS Certification Programme by LCS Level 3 Advisors.
The Level 3 Programme can be undertaken on an individual or a group basis and takes 6 to 9 months to complete.
Level 3 advisory support is available from the LCS centrally or through LCS Level 3 accredited consultancies.
Become LCS Certified
Senior lean managers can become LCS Certified at Level 3 via the Approved Prior Learning and Experience (APLE) route through the Level 3 Programme. This is designed for those with no formal lean qualifications or recognition of their credentials, but nonetheless have a significant track record of managing lean transformations and a deep knowledge and understanding of lean thinking principles and techniques, gained through several managerial roles in employment.
