Biography
With 10 years of experience as a journalist and content specialist in New York City, Washington, D.C., France, and now Chicago, I write about work/life issues, health, and travel and offer communication services that include writing and editing web copy, blogs, media materials, and other branded content for organizations, and other aspects of digital content support, like SEO optimization, conceptualizing graphics and identifying and organizing existing assets, and creating information architectures.
My work experience is eclectic but united by a passion for the craft of writing, social issues, and skillful communication. Fundamentally, I love telling an authentic story, playing with and economizing words, and strategizing about how best to reach people. My journalistic work has appeared in Chicago Magazine, Doist, Fast Company, Pacific Standard, Huffington Post, Forbes, Law360, and News 21. I’ve written content for a SaaS technology company, healthcare organizations, universities, legal news websites, and a financial search engine, among others.
