I credit the Young Enterprise scheme with igniting my passion for business. The responsibility of running a small company ‘Vivre’ (‘life’) truly gave direction to mine.
After a variety of Operational roles, I discovered my true passion is change (the holistic, well thought out kind!) I find it difficult to give myself a job title; transformation specialist, change agent, continuous improvement consultant, lean leader, excellence coach...So instead, I will tell you what I do & what I believe.
I take great pride in supporting Organisations to recognise the need for change & develop the skills/behaviours needed to make sustainable, tangible improvement. By increasing value & reducing waste I demonstrate significant ROI & bottom line savings.
How do I do this? By respecting all people & having the conviction that focusing on the Customer & striving for perfection, will one day at a time, build market leading Organisations. I also believe in keeping things simple!
As a Member of Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) I am aware of the latest changes & challenges facing Industry, & use this growing network to develop thinking & practices to allow me to better serve the Organisations with which I work. I am currently working towards Chartered status.
There have been people that have questioned a young, female consultant (often I’m mistaken for a graduate trainee!) but it’s a paradigm I’m proud to challenge. With the changing landscape of Organisations, I believe being different has led to some of my greatest successes to date.
