Facilitator of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology to lead the continuous improvement in the company. I started my lean journey ten years ago through projects, Rapid Improvement Events and Value Stream Analysis to meet the main KPI’s linked to strategic business. I can describe myself like a person who feels motivated when achieve the goals in the transformation plan of care. In my experience the people is the key, so I like the team working and I have experience with multidisciplinary teams, since high level to down level. I like to work under a motivation system where every person can give their ideas and putting in practice. I find exiting see how people can change and breakdown the habits and routines to produce more return on investment in the organization, and make possible a customer extra value.
