Suitable for any organisation considering accreditation, this workshop will cover all aspects of what is involved. It will also explore the latest developments in lean thinking and how this impacts the approach to, and use of lean thinking.
This workshop will take place at the Georgian House Hotel in central London, which is the first hotel to become LCS accredited. The session will include a presentation and Q&A from the hotel’s management on the experiences of their lean journey and the role of accreditation. Participants will also be able to sample the hospitality and experience the ambiance of an exclusive boutique hotel!
