Lean Enterprise Institute (US)
Originally founded by Jim Womack, this site is comprehensive and authoritative, offering a range of resources and information centred on classic lean thinking. It also manages The Lean Post – a regular newsletter containing topical lean articles.

Institute for Continuous Improvement in Public Services
Formed in 2012, ICIPS is dedicated to promoting CI best practice in public sector organisations in the UK and abroard.

Compression Institute (US)
Developed to extend and put into practice the innovative ideas of Robert ‘Doc’ Hall

The Shingo Institute (US)
Formerly known as The Shingo Prize, it was renamed in 2013. It administers all Shingo awards as well as offering workshops, study tours, conferences and executive education. The Shingo Prize provides companies a model to achieve operational excellence.

The Manufacturing Institute
The Manufacturing Institute is an independent charity which delivers a wide range of education, training and consultancy services for manufacturing companies. It is the UK’s educational partner for the Shingo Prize and is responsible for introducing the Shingo Model to companies headquartered in the UK and Republic of Ireland

TWI Institute (US)
