Improvement Kata

Improvement Kata has become a popular topic  in recent years following the publication of Toyota Kata by Mike Rother. Kata is about the “effective routine for developing fitting solutions again and again, along unpredictable paths” and is considered to be the underpinning thinking of the Toyota Production System.
