Biography

I am a Library Manager at Middlesex University, responsible for a team of 5 teaching librarians. My Lean qualification project looked at improving processes for our print disabled students, students we need to give extra support to using the library resources, particularly access to and use of eresources. I am also an experienced library information literacy teacher and was awarded a DProf in 2016 for my work in this area.
