Richard is a specialist in sales strategy formation and sales performance improvement and works with clients in a wide variety of global market sectors in both manufacturing and services. In his career he has worked for global businesses and consultancies in a range of sales and marketing and lean advisory roles. He has extensive experience of customer engagement in end to end supply chains, focusing on customer value. In 2009 he co-authored “Staying Lean – Thriving, not Just Surviving” with Professor Peter Hines, Dr. Pauline Found and Gary Griffiths, which won a Shingo Research prize. In 2010 he set up The Sales Transformation Partnership Ltd - a specialist consultancy dedicated to helping clients radically improve all aspects of their sales and customer care performance. Richard is an INLPTA qualified NLP Master Practitioner and has been an Associate of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University
