Biography
I have been a Lean Practitioner for 11 years, working mainly with teams in service delivery, now in major infrastructure, helping them to transform through incremental change. My particular interest is building sustainable capability through focused Lean improvement activity, avoiding the 'training sheep-dip' approach and bringing Lean to life solving problems that matter to people.
