Biography
➢ 20+ years of experience developed in management of the following areas: Telecommunications, IT, Quality, Construction, Chemicals, Biofuels, Sugarcane and Project Management. Ten (12) years of management experience, acting as line manager and as a leader of non-hierarchical teams.
➢ Responsible for managing projects of high impact with a focus on cost reduction, organizational restructuring, process improvement, implementation of quality management systems and industrial expansions.
➢ Solid knowledge and experience in Presales for Telecommunications Operators, Financial Market, Oil&Gas companies and Energy companies, such as Embratel, Claro, Oi, Brasil Telecom, Mstelcom (Angola), HSBC, Santander, Banco da Amazonia, Bando do Brasil, Petrobras, Eletrobras, CPFL and Elektro.
➢ Solid knowledge in process improvement (losses in industrial production, development of action plans to increase the performance of production), Maintenance, facilities and contract management for Turnarounds.
