Biography
Having worked in HE for nearly 40 years (Open University Students' Association for 17 years, University of Southampton Students' Union for 9 years, so far 10 years working for Student Services team at Bournemouth University) I have gained a deep passion for ensuring students in HE are appropriately supported and enabled to achieve the best outcome possible from their time at University. I am a strong believer in inclusivity for all and am always looking for ways to improve our service, ensuring we provide and excellent service. I also very much revel in the beauty of working with skilled colleagues who all bring their own strengths to the team.
