Biography

I am an experienced professional practitioner with over 18 years’ experience in delivering programmes using Lean Thinking and helping leaders through the complexities of change when implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement programmes. I have worked in a number of large and complex public sector organisations in the UK and New Zealand as a principal consultant leading implementations as well as working alongside some of the larger consulting firms to develop and implement Lean. I have also worked with large international corporations to build and implement lean capability and process improvement programmes. As an experienced Executive Coach and Organisational Development Practitioner I am able to build/create bespoke development programmes which help to sustain change implementations. My most recent work during 2020/23, has been developing and implementing the enterprise Continuous Improvement Strategy, building the culture of CI and focussing on improving our key Supply Chain proceses and our strategic deployment methodologies. Over the next few months we are working on implementing new Performance Measurement Framework and measures suite CI engagement and Delivery across RS Groups PLC's global businesses..
