Biography
Jan Heijneman is a dedicated professional in the field of Lean. Jan is a huge people-person with passion for continuous improvement and understand that change will only be achieved in collaboration. With his enthusiasm and sense of personal relationships Jan brings his knowledge and experience with respect for the other, in an interactive way to the client.
His wide knowledge and experience with many continuous improvement philosophies makes him a pragmatic improvement consultant and trainer. Whether it is Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, TPM, TOC, TQM, ISO, EFQM, based on his wide experience with all these methods and philosophies, Jan can create and realize a solution that delivers the desired change in results and behavior!
Jan speaks both the language of the workplace and that of the management. Has a lot of experience in formulating strategic policy and its execution to the daily activities.
After his career at PostNL E-commerce Jan chose to focus 100% on educating and applying Lean. He obtained his Masters of Science in Lean Enterprise degree at the University of Buckingham. He works for UPD as Partner / Operational Director academy / Senior consultant and trainer.
