AMERISOURCE BERGEN CORPORATION January 2016 – Present Mid-America District Continuous Improvement Manager (Certified Master Black Belt Leader) Deployment of the ABC Continuous Improvement Quality 360 Program in the Mid-America District (Houston, Dallas, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Shakopee).  Deliver continuous improvement in 7 Southeast District DC’s following the corporate cadence to orient, assess, train, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.  Complete a 10-week CI Deployment in each site where Lean Six Sigma introduced to the Leadership and Associate Teams.  Assess and interview to identify site opportunities for process improvements. Once 3 projects were identified, trained, and coached leaders to facilitate Work Stream and Kaizen Projects.  Manage the corporate cadence to monitor and sustain the program.  Train and coach approximately +30 Supervisors and Managers to facilitate Work Stream and Kaizen Projects which lead to improvements in reducing Customer Service errors, improving On-time Deliveries, and reducing company operating expenses.  Co-lead project to create and implement a 6S Program for new and existing distribution centers.  Complete initiative through gathering 6S Material and assisting facilities in conducting 6S Kaizen Events.  Train and coach eight CI Champions who are the designated CI Change Agents for the distribution facilities.  Facilitator of multiple Value Stream/Process Mapping sessions for production and transactional operational areas. Documented, executed, and completed action item list of VSM Pain Points and Opportunities.
