Experienced Operations Excellence Leader, Facilitator, and coach who has engaged, improved, and elevated Individual and Organisational performance spanning diverse industry sectors. Contributed to several engagements in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Mining, Financial Services, and Health sector. Expertise includes Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Skills Development, Change management, and Project management. Interpersonal, Networking and Communication skills have built trusted relationships with people the depth and breadth of an organisation. Looking to the future, my purpose is supporting organisations in re-imagining their environment and solutions for Operations Excellence by integrating past lessons, current challenges, and future trends to elevate individual, team, and organisational performance.
