Biography
After 13 years in the British Army, I found myself being drawn to training. In 2005, I joined the operational business training team at npower, where I delivered hundreds of courses to colleagues across the country. I also completed my CTP and Degree before leaving for the CI Team in 2012.
My role in the team was to shape and deliver our BIT NVQ and Diploma programmes. I did this for 2 years before taking the step into consulting.
After 18 months with Geneo, mostly in South Africa, I started my own business as a contract trainer. I gained lots of experience in both areas of training and CI and left consulting in 2018 to join Arco. The following 4 years were a mixed bag of training, projects and CI. I left in 2022.
I have now found the job Ive been looking for. Working at Reinvigoration allows me to fully utilise all the skills and knowledge I have nutured to date
