Biography
Stuart previously worked in Automotive and is fully skilled in the application of the Toyota Production System (TPS-Lean). With 35 years' experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Food and Drink, Pharmaceutical, & Public Services, he is a leader in the analysis and design of programmes for industrial and transactional operations. He is proficient in Lean transformation, business process redesign, and leadership coaching in manufacturing, construction, and transactional office organisations. He has extensive experience in designing, delivering & coaching effective lean transformational education programmes.
He has been trained in and has significant experience in both the development and delivery of a variety of training programs up to master’s level
