Thank you for stopping by my profile and welcome. Architect and engineer, I have been in the construction industry since 2003, long before I finished my studies. I have been involved in renovation works and new construction as shopping centers or sports centers working as project manager. Moreover, I have experience managing my own projects. During a period of my life, I discovered the industrial sector collaborating in the construction of water treatment plants and I can assure you that I did not miss the construction field at all. In 2015, I completed a master's degree in coaching, emotional intelligence and management skills, from which Leaderinglab emerged to answer a question: who teaches us to work in a team? Later on, in 2016 I discovered the Lean Construction as a work philosophy, which marked an inflection point in my career. Since then, Leaderinglab has created and participated in different trainings with different organizations and companies: - Teamwork - Communication - Leadership - Lean Construction - Diferent workshops In 2018, for family reasons, I moved to Switzerland, where I decided to return to the construction sector to the aim of contributing to the change and improvement of the sector.
